No, from Cincinnati!
All through the 20th century, manufacturers tried to get a little Parisian cache for their products. After all, what says style better than a view of the Eiffel Tower?
This picture is from a sales kit, aimed at women who wanted to work out of their homes, kind of like the Avon of clothes! The brand was Harford Frocks, and I was lucky enough to find an entire kit from the early 1950s. There were 50 styles in all, and each style card has a swatch of the fabric attached.
